A device(10) for detecting a lump detects the lump on a surface of a wire(1). A circular hole is formed to pass through a main body(11). A hitching cylinder is inserted into a circular hole. The hitching cylinder is comprised of two circular half-bodies(21). The penetration hole is formed in the center of the hitching cylinder. A diameter of the penetration hole is identical to an external diameter. The wire is inserted into the penetration hole. A limit switch(30) is connected to a controller(40). If the hitching cylinder pushes the limit switch, the switch turns off the system.

    • The divided dies for joint are provided to minimize friction between a wire and a conical inlet by controlling a tilt angle of the conical inlet according to the tilt angle of the wire. A divided die are comprised of two half bodies(21,22). A conical inlet(24) is formed in the front part of the divided inlet. A joint hole(23) is formed in the rear of the conical inlet to connect the wire and the filler. A combining projection(25) and a coupling groove(26) are formed in the contact surface of two half bodies. The divided die is fixed in the die block. The die block moves forward and backward to control an angle between the wire and the conical inlet.

    • PURPOSE: A rotational support device of an extruder cross head is provided to support the extruder cross head steadily and separate the extruder cross head regardless of machines which are adjacent to the extruder cross head. CONSTITUTION: A rotational support device of an extruder cross head comprises a supporting board(10), a horizontal moving board(30), a rotation support plate(40), and a rotating disc(50). Two parallel rails are formed on an upper surface(11) in the longitudinal direction in a table shape of the supporting board. A stopper is installed at the end of the supporting board. In a horizontal moving board, a circular center hole(32) is formed at the middle of a plate body(31). A rotation support plate fixes the location by inserting an anchoring bolt(43) in a bolt hole formed in a plate body(41). In the rotating disc, a taper bearing(70) and a ball bearing(71) are installed.
