摘要： An oven is provided to prevent a copper body from being overheated or deformed by installing a protection cover to the bottom of the copper body. An oven comprises a lid(30), a circular gate(35), and a protection cover(40). The lid is installed to the upper part of a heat radiating tube(2) detachably, and is configured with a plurality of holes(31) formed radially at a regular interval in the inner peripheral surface. The gate is located on the upper end of the lid, provided with an opening(36) identical to the hole and rotated by a control lever(37). Opening degree of the heat radiating tube is determined by rotating the gate from the lid according to kinds of dishes. The protection cover is mounted under a copper body by a predetermined interval to block flames or heat of a gas range.
