CONSTITUTION: A two-in screw generating device includes a mixing device(10), an extruder(20), a cooling device(30), and a cutting device. The collected waste plastic films are cut and washed. The melted raw materials are supplied to an extrusion screw(24). The extruded raw materials are cooled in the cooling device. The two-in screw comprises a left screw and a right screw. The left screw and the right screw have a water hole on an end of the screw.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a recycling resin sectional type corrugate pipe and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to increase the recycling rate of raw material by easily dividing a recycling reinforcing resin profile and synthetic resin profile. A combination space is formed by melting the mixed resin and supplying a diamond recycling reinforcing resin profile to a winder device(21) in the spiral type. A reverse diamond resin profile is formed by being supplied in the spiral type. An external diameter coating member of a straight line type is supplied to the external diameters of the recycling reinforcing resin profile and synthetic resin profile. The recycling reinforcing resin profile and synthetic resin profile are sequentially formed in the inside diameter, and are separated by the cutting of a synthetic resin pipe.
