The second trip signal and a third trip signal are outputted from the local control unit. A first power line is blocked by the first trip signal.

    • PURPOSE: A smart capacitor is provided to seclude a power line by sensing an abnormal condition of the capacitor for improving a power factor of load. CONSTITUTION: A smart capacitor is composed of a case(10), an insulating plate(20), a capacitor unit(30), and a control unit(40). The insulating plate having a plurality of extraction terminals(21) is installed in the inner side of the case. The capacitor unit is located in the lower of the insulating plate. The capacitor unit is connected to a plurality of first bus bars(1). The control unit is installed in the case in order to be located in the upper side of the insulating plate. The control unit is connected to the extraction terminal and a plurality of second bus bars(2). The control unit secludes a power line when the capacitor unit is abnormal condition. The extraction terminal is respectively projected to the upper and lower sides of the insulating plate.

    • A three-terminals type filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control a cut-off frequency by freely setting a capacitance element of a varistor. A three-terminals type filter includes a first bead(11), a second bead(12), and a varistor(VT). The first bead(11) is arranged to be connected to a first terminal in series between the first terminal and a node. The second bead(12) is arranged to be connected to a second terminal in series between the node and the second terminal. The varistor(VT) is arranged to be connected to a ground in series between the node and the ground. The varistor(VT) is arranged to be connected to the first and second beads(11,12) in parallel. A resistor is applied to the first and second beads(11,12).
