摘要： PURPOSE: A light emitting pedestrian crosswalk and a construction method thereof are provided to make an operator and pedestrian recognize a crosswalk and to prevent damage and deformation by the driving impact and load of vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting pedestrian crosswalk comprises a luminous plate(1) and a controller. The luminous plate is buried the ground and makes indicating lines(L) in order to indicate a crosswalk. The luminous plate is comprised of a plate body, a floodlighting protective cap and a luminous unit. The plate body has a through hole and a rear side groove. The floodlighting protective cap is inserted into the through hole. The luminous unit is installed in the rear side groove. The controller receives a traffic signal of a signal lamp(60) and controls a luminous pattern of a point light source built in the luminous plate.
