The acid fermenting bath is integrated with the methane fermenting bath. The barrier divides the acid ferment bath and the methane fermenting bath. One or more water permeable holes are formed at the lower side of the barrier. The draft tube is spaced apart from the upper inner side of the barrier and is fixed to one upper side of the acid fermenting bath. A path is formed between the inner side of the barrier and the outer side of the draft tube. Materials of low specific gravities from organic wastewater descend in the draft tube and ascend in the path.
