    • PURPOSE: A device for a nonstop injecting function of fluid is provided to obtain a compensation effect for time delay by reducing injection delay. CONSTITUTION: A fluid vessel(100) stores fluid. A test chamber(600) is connected through the fluid vessel and a pipe. A buffer tank(300) temporarily stores fluid and is injected from the vessel. A pump unit(200) is arranged between the buffer tank and the fluid vessel. The pump unit pumps the certain amount of the fluid flowing into the buffer tank. A flux controlling unit(400) opens and closes the pipe based on the flux of the fluid. An open and shut valve(500) includes an on/off power controller and controls the degree of opening of the pipe.

The spindle has a lower outer periphery in a cylindrical shape to be inserted in the space of the hub. The moment arm is fixed to the top of the spindle in order to apply torsional torque to the spindle, and has a vertical coupling groove(410) for connection with the top of the spindle and side coupling grooves in which coupling plates(500) formed with respective loading rods(510) are inserted.
