摘要： A surface treatment device and a surface treatment method using the same are provided to easily remove rust and dust from an iron structure or a steel plate, and to prevent contamination by collecting the removed rust and dust and steam through a vacuum suction unit. A surface treatment device(50) includes a steam boiler(10), a contaminant remover(20), and a vacuum suction unit(30). The steam boiler includes a water supply tank(11), a water supply pump(12) for delivering water from the water supply tank, and a boiler(13) for storing water delivered through the water supply pump, converting the stored water into high temperature steam, and spraying the high temperature steam through a steam hose(H) equipped with a protection cover. The contaminant remover removes contaminant by spraying the high temperature high pressure steam delivered from the steam boiler. The vacuum suction unit is connected to one side of the contaminant remover, and sucks the removed contaminant and sprayed steam. The contaminant remover has a connection port connected to the steam hose of the steam boiler. A device cover having a handle and a vacuum suction port is coupled to the connection port. The device cover accommodates a nozzle adapter and a steam spray port coupled to the nozzle adapter. A vacuum suction hose is connected to the vacuum suction port through a connection member.
