    • PURPOSE: A device for controlling capacity and overheat of a variable speed refrigerating system is provided to remove an interference loop simultaneously affecting when controlling the capacity and overheat to save energy at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling capacity and overheat of a variable speed refrigerating system comprises a temperature detection part, a temperature controller, an overheat controller, and a PLC control means. The temperature detection part detects the temperature of the refrigerant of an inlet or an outlet of an expansion valve and of the chamber inside. The temperature controller controls the rotation number of a compressor according to a transfer function(G1 Ta). The overheat controller controls an opening degree of an expansion valve according to the transfer function(G1 SH). A PLC control means converts the set rotation number of the compressor.
