The MICOM compares vehicle speed difference between the GPS module and the speed sensor with a standard value. According to the comparison, the MICOM decides tire slip.

A spread preventing unit(30) is a groove which is formed on the surface unit or diffusion plate. The spread preventing unit prevents the spread of moisture. The moisture is inputted along a surface contact between the surface unit and the diffusion plate.
