A mechanical reinforcing rod mounting member(100) comprises: a body(110) having a form of a cylindrical rod of metal material and having a female screw(111) at a central part in order that a male screw of a deformed bar is coupled; and a flange(120) being unitarily formed at the one end of the body to be exposed to outside and having an inlet(121); The inlet is tapered to being inserted between the vertical reinforcing rods.
