    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an acrylic panel used for a construction interior finishing material, various kinds of light weight structures, and a lighting fixture; and the acrylic panel of which is formed by laminating a wooden membrane (11) between a pair of acrylic plates (10), impregnating an adhesive surface of the wooden membrane (11) in a low-viscosity adhesive liquid (12) diluted by an organic solvent to induce a first adhesion of the acrylic plates (10) and the wooden membrane (11), and pressing with a crimp-press (30) to form the flat and tight adhesive surface. By the present invention, with respect to the manufacturing of a wooden membrane layered acrylic panel, not only an adhesive solute residue can be minimized to be capable of a tight adhesion, but also a poor adhesion like residual air bubbles in the adhesive surface can be effectively prevented.
