    • The present invention relates to an in-furnace trolley for cremation furnace that can prevent breakaway of a head of remains during cremation by forming a guide support on one side of an upper part of an upper plate part, prevent cracks, etc. that may be produced in the upper plate part by heating and cooling during cremation by dividing the upper plate part into a plurality, and enhance the combustion efficiencies with air smoothly flowing in by forming a path between an in-furnace trolley and a coffin inside a cremation furnace. Disclosed in the present invention is an in-furnace trolley comprising; an upper plate part with installation of a corpse support frame in the center of an upper part and combined in more than at least one bed block; and a frame installed in the middle between the upper plate part formed with the same area as a guide support installed upright in a rear face part on a top face of the upper plate part and the support to have a smaller area than the area of the support plate part and support.

    • An energy saving and eco-friendly cremator is provided to exhaust gas in a main combusting chamber quickly by preventing exhausted gas in the main combusting chamber from being discharged to a re-combusting chamber after cremation. An energy saving and eco-friendly cremator comprises a main combusting chamber(30), a re-combusting chamber(70), and an exhausted gas outlet(90a). The main combusting chamber has a main combusting burner and combusts dead bodies. The re-combusting chamber is located under the main combusting chamber, connected with the main combusting chamber through an exhausted gas path(50) having an openable unit(52), and provided with multi-exhausted gas guiding paths(72). The multi-exhausted gas guiding paths increases staying time of exhausted gas. The exhausted gas path extends downwards from a furnace(1) to be connected with the re-combusting chamber.

    • PURPOSE: A cremator is provided to rapidly burn a dead body by installing a sub-burner at a rear wall of the primary combustion chamber and to reduce the amount of fuel to be consumed by constructing ceramic blocks at inner walls of the primary and secondary combustion chambers. CONSTITUTION: Two refractory bricks are formed at an upper portion of the primary combustion chamber(1) in opposition to each other so as to form an arch type roof. A refractory brick having a recess at a lower portion thereof and a protrusion at an upper portion thereof is formed at each sidewall of the cremator. A special refractory brick formed with a recess and a protrusion is provided to prevent a conveying vehicle(5) from dropping downwards with preventing the remains of the dead body from flowing downwards. A part of a front portion of the special refractory brick forms a jaw(10c) for preventing fire and remains of the dead body from forwarding downwards. A plurality of supporting protrusions(13) are protruded at an upper surface of the conveying vehicle(5). A sub-burner(14) is installed at a sidewall of the primary combustion chamber(1). An anchor is installed at each sidewall of the primary and secondary combustion chambers(1,2).
