    • A dust collector is provided to improve air purification capability of the dust collector by preventing re-scattering of the dust during cleaning of the dust, thereby cleaning the dust adhered to the filters effectively in a dust collector for removing dust contained in polluted air by a physical method using filters. A dust collector comprises a purification part including: a filter chamber(6) in which a plurality of bag filters are installed, and which has polluted air inlets and a purified air outlet; a filter cleaning unit for ejecting compressed air onto the bag filters; hopper-shaped collecting chambers(14) which are installed on a bottom part of the filter chamber, and into which removed dust is dropped and collected; and a dust discharge unit installed on a bottom part of the collecting chambers to discharge collected dust, wherein: the filter chamber is spatially divided by a plurality of partitions(7); and the collecting chambers are individually installed per respectively separated unit filter chambers(6a-6d). The filter cleaning unit includes a compressor(21), compressed air distribution pipes(26), ejection valves(30), filtration valves, and a control part to clean the filters individually per the unit filter chambers. The dust discharge unit includes a transfer pipe(34), a screw conveyor(36), and a rotary valve(40).
