이를 위하여, 본 발명은 텔레매틱스 기반의 그룹 메시지 서비스 시스템에 있어서, 임의의 텔레매틱스 단말기에 의해 적어도 하나의 그룹을 생성해두고, 송신 텔레매틱스 단말기로부터 전달된 그룹 목록 메시지의 요청 조건에 부합하는 그룹 목록을 상기 송신 텔레매틱스 단말기로 제공하고, 상기 송신 텔레매틱스 단말기에 의해 선택된 그룹으로의 그룹 전송 요청 메시지를 처리하기 위한 요청 메시지 처리 수단; 상기 적어도 하나의 그룹을 텔레매틱스 단말기별로 저장·관리하기 위한 저장수단; 상기 그룹 목록 메시지의 요청조건을 이용하여 상기 저장수단에서 적어도 하나의 그룹을 추출하고, 추출된 그룹들을 목록화하기 위한 그룹 목록 추출 수단; 및 상기 그룹 전송 요청 메시지의 그룹 식별정보 및 메시지 내용을 이용하여 그룹 메시지를 해당 그룹의 수신 텔레매틱스 단말기로 전송하기 위한 메시지 전송 수단을 포함한다.

摘要： A group message service system based on telematics and a method thereof are provided to share and transmit information smoothly by transmitting various messages from a telematics terminal to multiple telematics terminals included in a specified group. A wired/wireless communication part(210) uses identification information of transmission and reception telematics terminal to authenticate whether or not the telematics terminal is able to use a group message service. A request message process part(220) generates at least one group by an arbitrary telematics terminal, offers a group list, which corresponds to the request condition of the group list message transmitted from the transmission telematics terminal, to the transmission telematics terminal, and processes the group transmission request message of a group selected by the transmission telematics terminal. A storage part(250) stores and manages at least one group for each telematics terminal. A group list extraction part(230) extracts at least one group out of the storing part by using the request condition of the group list message and makes a list of the extracted groups. A message transmission part(240) transmits the group message to the reception telematics terminal of the corresponding group by using group identification information of the group transmission request message and the content of the message.

摘要： PURPOSE: A system for managing an intelligent tunnel is provided to manage the tunnel using a spatial information managing technique combining a server/client and object relational GIS technique. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel internal equipment includes an information collection device having a CCTV, a vehicle detection system(VDS), a loop detecting device, a VMS, a lane control system(LCS), and an AIR detecting device. If information collected in each system is transmitted to an on-line through a multiplexer, an information receiving unit receives the information and outputs the information to an information analysis unit(210). The information analysis unit analyzes the information, searches an air in the tunnel, a traffic state, and an unexpected accident, recognizes positions of the systems in the tunnel by linking with a GIS(Geographic Information System), and supplies information with respect to a trouble diagnosis/maintenance of the systems(220). An information supplying unit supplies a tunnel internal state including the traffic state and the internal air condition analyzed by the information analysis unit to a public institution through a network such as the Internet and a LAN(230).
