摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a functional tile which generates anions is provided to prevent degradation of luster and discoloration of glaze by spreading and plasticizing functional solution containing radiating substance on a tile main body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a functional tile which generates anions comprises next steps: molding a tile main body by mixing and press molding clay, kaolin, pottery stone, talc, terra alba and limestone; spreading glaze on the molded tile body and drying thereof; spreading the functional solution on a spread surface of the tile body; and plasticizing the tile body at 1000-1900 deg. Celsius for 30-80 minutes. A manufacturing method of the functional solution comprises a step of adding 10-20 weight% of the anion emission material in CMC (Carboxy Methyl Cellulose) aqueous solution.
