A fixing device of a printing plate includes a body(11), an upper guide(26), a lower guide(28), a compressor(20), a guide rod(22), an elastic member(24), and a block(32). The body is rectangular parallelepiped in shape and has a depressed part in the center. The upper guide guides and holds the upper part of the printing plate. The lower guide guides and holds the lower part of the printing plate. The compressor includes the lower guide and is positioned inside the depressed part. The guide rod guides linear movement of the compressor. The elastic member embraces the guide rod. The block restricts insertion depth of the printing plate.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are novel copper compounds used as precursors for chemical vapor deposition(CVD) to obtain high quality of copper films. CONSTITUTION: Organocopper (I) compounds contain an acetoacetate derivative and an appropriate neutral ligand to form (R3COOCR2COR1)Cu+1{L}x wherein, x is 1, 2 or 3 and L is a neutral ligand which is a phosphine, phosphite or an unsaturated hydrocarbon. The advantages of using these organocopper (I) compounds as CVD precursors are high thermal stability, volatility and ability to deposit high-quality copper films using CVD techniques. These precursors are isolated as distillable liquids or low melting solids and are vaporized without decomposition to deposit copper selectively on a metallic or electrically conductive surfaces at low temperatures.
