    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for installing a scaffolding for a complex process and safety securement is provided to simply construct the scaffolding and to reuse the apparatus, thereby reducing the construction cost and time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(10) for installing a scaffolding for a complex process and safety securement includes a central shaft(15), a support(11), bodies(12a,12b), beam catches(13a,13b), a compressing device(14), a guide support(153), and a controlling tool. A moving tool is installed along the circumferential surface of the central shaft. The support is coupled to move up and down along the central shaft. One end of the bodies is fixed to the support and is rotatable within a certain angle range. The beam catches are fixed to the other end of the bodies. The compressing device is coupled to one end of the support and moves up and down. The guide support between the support and the compressing device is installed to move up and down along the central shaft. The controlling tool connected to the other end of the bodies maintains the bodies at a certain angle.
