摘要： The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a spangle using a press die and to a method for manufacturing a spangle having rich three-dimensional effects using a press die instead of existing spangles formed through aluminum diecasting having less three-dimensional effects. The present invention is characterized by the steps of: disposing an aluminum sheet between an upper and lower press dies having a fixed form is formed thereon; spangle fabric bending molding for pressurization-molding circular edges of a skirt unit of the spangles by performing the upper press die for the first time, and then for completing the pressurization-molding of the side parts of the skirt of the spangle by lowering the upper press die for the second, and third time, and for forming a head unit of the spangle by lowering the upper press die for the fourth time; discoloring on one side of the spangle fabric comprising the head unit and the skirt unit manufactured by the step of spangle fabric bending molding so as to show a prescribed feeling of color; filling a hotmelt for inserting the hotmelt in the spangle skirt unit on the other side of the spangle fabric and performing a scrub process for scrubbing with a roller such that the hotmelt inserted into the skirt unit can fill the skirt unit, and then for removing the hotmelt through a cutting means so as to remove the hotmelt applied between the skirt unit; and punching the spangle comprising the skirt unit and the head unit by disposing, into a punch die, the spangle fabric filled with hotmelt in the skirt unit so as to separate spangles comprising the skirt unit and the head unit.

A method for manufacturing a hot fix expressing a shape herring bone pattern includes the steps of: fixing a hot fix plate(10) to a conveying work table(30) and conveying the hot fix plate to a cutting unit(20); forming a first pattern on the hot fix plate; conveying the hot fix plate to the cutting unit to form a second pattern; and punching the hot fix plate. The cutting unit forms a pattern on the hot fix plate by rotating while a part of the cutting unit is tilted.
