    • The present invention relates to a construction girder capable of using a steel rod to apply precompression load. The construction girder is provided to have a steel rod embedded and fixed thereon, wherein the steel rod is connected to a coupler to apply precompression load to offset load such as dead load and secondary load which is applied to a structure after construction; to use the coupler to compress the steel road to apply a tensile force to the upper part; and to offset a compressive force which is generated from the upper part by load applied to the girder after the construction of a bridge or a slab, thereby preventing the girder from drooping downwards and improving structural stability to securely maintain the bridge and the slab. The construction girder comprises: a body extending with the thickness and height maintained; a flange which has an area wider than the width of the body and intersects with the body on one longitudinal end or on both ends of the body; a steel rod longitudinally embedded and fixed in the flange; a coupler which is coupled between the steel rods to rotate toward normal and reverse directions and which is exposed to the flange to adjust tension of a tension unit; and a connection bolt which is coupled to one side end or both side ends of the steel rod embedded in each body and which combines the bodies in a row.

A piano-wire member for supporting the section between the posts with tension is installed on the girder. In order that the lining board can supply a vehicle road and a pedestrian passage, a plurality of I-beams are adjacently arranged on the upper part of the girder. The elastic member is interposed between the girder and the lining board and reduces the friction, shock or noise and vibration between them. A space is formed between the support and the girder.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of constructing a composite rigid-frame bridge which includes the steps of fabricating a prestressed composite girder by prestressing an I-shaped or H-shaped steel girder; fabricating left and right columns in which multiple PC steel wires protruded upward in the vertical direction are inserted inside and concrete is poured on a field soil; placing lower ends of vertical parts of ��shaped connecting steels, each of which includes a vertical part, a joint part, and a horizontal part, on upper parts of the columns, respectively, applying tension to the PC steel wires, and fixing the ��shaped connecting steels to the columns; placing the prestressed composite girder between both ends of horizontal parts of the two ��shaped connecting steels, and coupling the prestressed composite girder to the ��shaped connecting steels by a fastening member; and forming a rigid-frame by arranging reinforcing bars, installing a mold, and pouring an upper slab outside the prestressed composite girder and the ��shaped connecting steels.

    • The present invention relates to a method for sequentially constructing compressed girders, using steel rods on supports, and a bridge using the same. The method is provided to sequentially construct girders by using a length-adjustable tension control unit (4) to bind steel rods to girders, to control the tension control unit (4) to apply a tensional force to the steel roads, and to apply pre-stress (a compressive force) to girder supports, thereby offsetting torsional moments occurring at the girder supports. The method for sequentially constructing compressed girders comprises: a step of fixing a steel rod (1) on one end or both ends of a girder and of manufacturing a concrete girder (2) for the free end of the steel rod to be exposed; a step of loading and arranging the manufactured concrete girders (2) in a row on the upper part of a bridge pier (3); a step of binding the steel rods (1), which are contiguous with each other and fixed on the concrete girders (2), by using a length-adjustable tension control unit (4) and of fixing and sequentially constructing the concrete girders (2) which are arranged in a row; a step of applying a compressive force or a tensile force to the concreter girders (2) by selectively controlling the length of the tension control unit (40), which binds the steel rods (1), to pull or compress the steel rod (1); and a step of filling a gap between the concrete girders (2), on which the tension control unit is placed, with concrete.
