摘要： PURPOSE: A stamp and paper money protecting wrapper, a manufacturing method of the same, and a manufacturing apparatus of the same are provided to prevent stamps and money paper from being damaged by flattening the adhesive part of the wrapper. CONSTITUTION: A stamp and paper money protecting wrapper(10) is composed first to third fabric which are transparent synthetic resin films. The wrapper is divided into a second cover film(11), a first cover film(12), and a base film. The second cover film covers a part of the upper part of a stamp. The first cover film covers a part of the lower part of the stamp. The base film is positioned at the rear side of the stamp. The stamp is loaded on the base film, and the cover films are successively covered on the stamp. Adhesive parts(13) are formed at both sides of the wrapper. The adhesive parts have flat lateral spaces by an ultrasound wave-based heat-pressurizing process.

The top surface is composed of transparent materials consisting of the synthetic resin. The bottom surface is composed of two. The width of the bottom surface is bigger than the top surface and the bottom surfaces are overlapped. One top surface and two bottom surfaces are formed by generating heat on both sides with applying ultrasonic wave and pressing the both sides.
