    • PURPOSE: A hypocaust floor assembly is provided to increase warm-keeping effect and the efficiency of heat transfer and to reduce noise between stories by increment in impact absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: A hypocaust floor assembly(100) comprises a first synthesis resin film(110), an expansion sheet(120), a second synthetic resin film(130), and a hypocaust floor(140). The first synthesis resin film is composed of a first synthesis resin base layer(110a) and a first metal film layer(110b). The first synthesis resin film is replaced on the concrete floor so that the first metal film layer can contact the concrete floor(B1). The first synthesis resin film transfers the heat of the concrete floor upward to the hypocaust floor. The expansion sheet is welded with the first synthesis resin base layer of the first synthesis resin film. The expansion sheet has multiple air holes(121). The air hole shuts up air(A1) to transfer heat transferred from the first synthesis resin film. The second synthetic resin film is composed of a second synthetic resin base layer(130a) and a second metal film layer(130b).

    • PURPOSE: A perforated sound absorbing material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a perforated aluminum plate from becoming deformed due to heat. CONSTITUTION: A perforated sound absorbing material(100) comprises polyester(130), a heat insulation material(140), a gauze sheet(120), a perforated aluminum plate(110), and adhesive(150). The polyester absorbs noise and is composed of a high-density layer(130a), a medium-density layer(130b), and a low-density layer(130c). The heat insulation layer is formed on the rear surface of the low-density layer. The gauze sheet is fixed to the front surface of the polyester. The perforated aluminum plate is formed on the front surface of the gauze sheet and has multiple sound absorbing holes(111). The adhesive is spread on the rear surface of the heat insulation material. A release sheet(151) covers the adhesive.

    • PURPOSE: A wall buffer material is provided to clearly finish by removing residual buffer material and to increase workability by reducing a first and the second filling. CONSTITUTION: A wall buffer material comprises a foamed sheet(110), an adhesive layer and a release paper(140). A plurality of guide projections(121) and a vent hole(122) are formed in the rear side of the foamed sheet. The guide projection is projected and is separated at a regular interval. The moisture and air slips out through the vent hole. The adhesive layer covers on the rear side of the foamed sheet. The release paper is attached to the adhesive layer. A first filling pilot wire and a second filling limit line are formed on the surface of the foamed sheet. A first and a second filling pilot wire establish the height of a first and a second filling stuff. A cut-out line(160) passes through the release paper.
