CONSTITUTION: An outlet for shielding electro magnetic interference is made by the steps of coating all parts with a ceramic material except a part in which a plug and a power lead-in of the outlet directly contact with a conductor of the outlet; plating the ceramic material with a mixture of copper and zinc; forming extra electro magnetic interference absorbers(40) on the lead-in part and outlet holes(10) not having been coated with the ceramic material, wherein the extra electro magnetic interference absorbers are made by the steps of thinly putting a mixture of ceramic and adhesives on fireproof cloths, plasticizing the fireproof cloths at high temperature, overlapping and compressing several fireproof cloths under high pressure and high temperature to make a piece of fireproof cloth, cutting the fireproof cloth by 1-2 millimeters, plating the cut fireproof cloths with copper or zinc, generally coating upper and lower insides of an outlet cover with a mixture of charcoal powder, adhesives, ceramic; coating the mixture with an aluminum material.

    • A bus duct for branching of an electrical wiring is provided to fix terminals with insulating the terminals firmly by a ceramic housing and a heat insulator and simply connect an inner connection terminal to a duct terminal. A distributor(10) includes a ceramic housing, a cross hollow unit(13), and square holes(12). The cross hollow unit is formed inside the ceramic housing(11) with an opened upper part. The opened upper part is closed when a cover(70) is fixed on an upper end of the distributor with a bolt. A conductor fixing unit(20) includes a flange(22). The flange is formed on a lower part of a cylindrical body and fixed to a center of a bottom of the cross hollow unit. A conductor includes a spherical body, a power line connection rod, and terminal connection branching tubes. A terminal socket includes an electric wire fixing unit(41) and a connection unit(42). The electric wire fixing unit is connected and fixed to an electric wire(1) by being formed on one side of the terminal socket. The connection unit is formed on the other end of the terminal socket and fixed by inserting the power line connection rod. An inner connection terminal includes a plate body, a plurality of connection plate, a plurality of separation terminal units, and a fixing unit. A heat insulator(60) is fixed with the cover by being positioned on an upper end of the inner connection terminal and insulates an upper end of the cross hollow unit by being formed in a cross-shaped plate shape. A duct(80) includes a box body, a plurality of separation holes, a separation unit, an electric wiring(84), and a duct cover(85). One end of the electric wiring is drawn outside through the separation hole and the other end thereof is fixed to a duct terminal. An upper aperture of the duct is closed by the duct cover. The duct terminal includes a square fixing plate, a plurality of connection pins, and a plurality of separation terminal units.

    • PURPOSE: A terminal compressing device is provided to sequentially perform an operation of removing the cover of a wire and an operation of compressing a terminal using one electric motor. CONSTITUTION: A terminal compressing device removes the cover of a wire and then compresses a terminal onto the exposed conductive portion of the wire. An ascending/descending rack(24) is set at one side of an ascending/descending member(23) placed at the upper part of the front of a casing(21) to which the driving force of an electric motor set at the lower part of the back of the casing is transmitted. A rotary cam axis(26) is placed at one side of a base plate located at the bottom of the casing and operates elements for stripping off the cover of the wire. A pinion engaged with the ascending/descending rack is set at the rotary cam axis to rotate the rotary cam axis when the ascending/descending member and the ascending/descending rack are ascend and descend.

Plus and minus terminal connecting plates contacted and conducted with the plus and minus terminal ring projection parts are formed in a front of the rotary connection tube(30). Coupling tubes(33,34) to which the separation coupling screws(17,17a) are coupled and fixed are formed in a rear of the rotary connection tube(30). The coupling tubes(33,34) are conducted and connected with the plus and minus connecting plates and are rotated and fixed in the rotating groove.
