摘要： PURPOSE: A boiler system using pellets of waste resin as fuel is provided to remove toxic matter and smoke by completely burning waste resin pellet. CONSTITUTION: A boiler system using pellets of waste resin as fuel comprises a boiler body(100), a water tank(500), and a heat exchange unit(200). The waste resin pellet completely burns waste resin pellet(P) provided consecutively and heats heat transfer fluid by combustion heat and recovery of exhaust heat. The boiler body stores heat. The water tank stores water(W) to be used as hot water or water for heating.

摘要： PURPOSE: A boiler using pellets made of waste resin is provided to prevent toxic materials and smoke through complete combustion of the waste resin pellet. CONSTITUTION: A boiler using pellets made of waste resin comprises a heat storage water tank(110), a pellet combustion unit(160), an exhaust heat recovery unit(120), and a usable water heating unit(140). The heat storage water tank has a flame receiving space(112) protruding upward from the bottom. The pellet combustion unit burns waste resin pellet(p) and diffuses flame(f) to the flame receiving space and completely eliminates toxic materials and smoke by burning up the waste resin pellet. One end of the exhaust heat recovery unit is connected to the flame receiving space while the other end is connected to a flue(130). A part of usable water heating unit is partially dipped in the heat storage water tank to heat usable water with heat storage water(w1) of the heat storage water tank.
