The sprinkling device is composed of a water tank(111) for storing cleaning water for removing foreign materials and dust in a tunnel; a supply pipe connected with the water tank to feed the water to each nozzle(116,117,118,119,120,122); a nozzle unit(115) for cleaning the foreign materials and dust stuck in the tunnel by sprinkling the water fed through the supply pipe; a water pump(113) for sprinkling the water supplied to the nozzle unit through the supply pipe at high pressure; and a control valve for controlling the injection flow and pressure of the water jetted to the nozzle unit by the water pump. The vacuum suction device is installed in a rear side of the sprinkling device and composed of a suction header(131) for sucking in and recovering the foreign material and the water into a sludge tank(133) by vacuum-sucking in the foreign materials and the water through the sprinkling device; a vacuum pump(132) for generating vacuum power to suck in the foreign materials and the water through the suction header; and the sludge tank for storing the foreign materials and the water sucked through the suction header and keeping only the foreign material separated from the water by filtering. The power generating device supplies power to the sprinkling device and the vacuum suction device.
