CONSTITUTION: A concrete curing cover installation system comprises a crane(200) having a tower crane boom(220) installed on a vertical supporting bar(210), a control room(230) installed in the tower crane boom, a direction adjusting monitor(240) and a wire(224) combined with a moving roller(222) installed in a lower part of the tower crane and assembled with a hook, a staple-shaped frame composed of a roller adjusting box connected to a slow roller by a spring and an assembling bolt protruded in an upper part and combined with a curing cover hanging rod, a curing cover(300) combined with the curing cover hanging rod, a direction adjusting frame combined with the staple-shaped frame, a horizontal adjusting bar and a bearing bolt and composed of an actuating motor connected to the direction adjusting monitor by a cable and a hydraulic tank, a hydraulic direction adjusting boom having an actuating boom with a boom connecting part combined with the bearing bolt of the direction adjusting frame and applying hydraulic pressure through a hydraulic hose to a hydraulic support bar, a direction adjusting bar connecting to a support bar connecting part of the hydraulic direction adjusting boom, and a horizontal fixing bar combined with the direction adjusting bar and composed of a cylindrical fixing body, a bearing support part, a link connecting part, a rectangular part and a bolt part.

    • PURPOSE: A fuel reduction heating system is provided to reduce fuel consumption by improving heating efficiency, while preventing freeze burst of the pipe during winter times. CONSTITUTION: A heating system comprises a heat exchanger block(1), a heating pipe(2), a hot water pipe(3) and circulation pumps(4,4'). The heat exchanger block includes a heating operation heat exchanger block(11) for passage of heating fluid and a main hot water heat exchanger block(12) for passage of hot water. The heating operation heat exchanger block has a flow channel formed into zig-zag shape having a predetermined width and depth. The main hot water heat exchanger block has a flow channel formed into zig-zag shape having a predetermined width and depth. The heating operation heat exchanger block and the main hot water heat exchanger block are coupled with each other through a coupling member.

CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a unit brick for an inner wall of a building comprises the steps of: mixing powered loess and water in a ratio of 9 to 1; placing an admixture into a die at the appointed height; arranging a primary rod member for forming a bar fitting groove on the upper side of the admixture placed in the die and a secondary rod member for forming a wire fitting hole; placing an appointed quantity of an admixture into the die, then covering up the primary, secondary rod members; pressing the admixture placed in the die to form a solid by a press provided with projections for forming a rod fitting groove and a sound insulating groove; dismantling the solidified admixture from the die, then removing the primary, secondary rod members; and sintering the solidified admixture without the primary, secondary rod members within the regular range of temperature.
