    • PURPOSE: A switchgear for preventing a disaster is provided to efficiently deal with the disaster like a fire or earthquake by including a housing, a disaster sensor, and a disaster controller. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(110) and a peripheral device are arranged in a housing(130) with one or more partitions by dividing the inner space of a switchgear into a plurality of spaces. A disaster sensor is formed on a part of a plurality of partitions, determines whether the disaster occurs by analyzing the physical status of the switchgear, and outputs the sensing result as a disaster corresponding signal if the disaster is sensed by analyzing the image variation. A disaster controller controls the sensed disaster in response to the disaster corresponding signal.

A hybrid filter type harmonic frequency reducing apparatus includes a power system(10), a load(30), a hybrid filter circuit unit(50), and first and second waveform correction units(40a,40b). The load receives power from the power system. The hybrid filter circuit unit is connected to respective phase lines between the power system and the load and a neutral line, and reduces a harmonic frequency, which is delivered from the load to the power system. An active filter unit and a passive filter unit are series-connected to each other and connected in parallel between the respective phase lines and the neutral line. The first waveform correction unit is connected between the power system and the hybrid filter circuit to adjust a threshold impedance of power system. The second waveform correction unit is connected between the hybrid filter circuit and the load to compensate for the signal waveform by suppressing an excessive load.

CONSTITUTION: A power reducing apparatus comprises a reactor(20) including a core having first, second and third legs, and first, second, and third coils wound on the core, wherein the reactor is connected to a three-phase power system(10); and a harmonic wave reducing element connected to the line between the power system and the reactor. The first coil is wound on the top of the first leg and the bottom of the second leg, and connected to the neutral line, in such a manner that the first coil is wound on the bottom of the second leg in the direction opposite from the direction of the first coil wound on the first leg. The second coil is wound on the top of the second leg and the bottom of the third leg, and connected to the neutral line, in such a manner that the second coil is wound on the bottom of the third leg in the direction opposite from the direction of the second coil wound on the second leg. The third leg is wound on the top of the third leg and the bottom of the first leg, and connected to the neutral line, in such a manner that the third coil is wound on the bottom of the first leg in the direction opposite from the direction of the third coil wound on the third leg. The harmonic wave reducing element is a resistance inductor parallel circuit connected in serial to a capacitor. The harmonic wave reducing element has a small impedance with respect to the harmonic wave of a specific frequency.
