In the chemical formula 1~3, X is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, amino, nitro, cyano, formyl, carboxyl, substituted or non-substituted alkyl of C1~C10, alkylcarbonyl of C1~C10, aryl of C6~C10, and alkoxy of C1~C10. N and M are integers of 0~5.
