    • 본 발명은 방수성과 내염성이 강한 우레탄을 이용하여 바닷물 침투로 부식된 각종 해양시설물의 원형을 개조하지 않고 보수, 보강 또는 신축할 수 있는 해양구조물과 수중구조물 보수용 우레탄에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명에 따른 해양구조물 및 수중구조물 보수용 우레탄은 해양구조물 및 수중구조물을 보수 또는 보강하기 위하여 주제와 경화제를 혼합한 것인데, 주제는 폴리올 80∼99.3중량%, 발포제 0.2∼19.5중량%, 정포제 0.3∼1.5중량%, 실란계 커플링제 0.1∼1.0중량% 및 촉매 0.1∼2.0중량%를 혼합한 것이고, 경화제는 폴리메릭 엠디아이(Polymeric MDI), 액상 엠디아이(Liquid MDI), 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트(Toluene diioscyanate; TDI) 중 어느 하나 또는 이들 중에서 선택된 혼합물이며, 상기 주제와 경화제는 중량비로 100 : 40∼80 비율로 혼합하여 반경질의 내부 폼(foam)으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    • The present invention relates to urethane for repairing sea and underwater structures and a repairing method of the sea and underwater structures using the same capable of repairing, reinforcing, and constructing various sea facilities corroded by the insertion of seawater without changing an original shape of the facilities using the urethane with strong waterproof properties and salt resistance. The repairing method of the sea and underwater structures according to the present invention repairs the structures became hollow by a seepage erosion using the following steps: a step of cleaning a bottom surface, and around gaps formed on side surfaces of the structures during ebb tide, and removing moisture and drying the structures; a step of spraying and foaming hard urethane foam on the dried surface, and filling the gaps on the structures with the urethane foam; a step of sprinkling sand on the surface of the urethane foam; a step of cutting holes in predetermined sizes on the upper side of the structures; a step of inserting aggregate into the structures through the holes while injecting semi-hard urethane; and a step of filling the upper cut-out surface of the structures with the semi-lard urethane and the aggregate, and wrapping the surface of the cut-out surface with a same material with the structures.     • PURPOSE: A polyurethane foam is provide to have physical properties like hardness and rigidity similar with high-temperature treated wood, not to absorb moisture, and to have small deformation like crack, distortion, etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyurethane foam comprises: a step of mixing resin mixture including polypropylene glycol, acrylate polymer, silica, a nucleating agent, a surfactant, a catalyst, a foaming agent, a coloring agent; a step of manufacturing a hardener by mixing prepolymer type isocyanate, which is obtained by the reaction of polyol, and amine polyol with isocyanate, and polydiphenylmethanediisocyanate; and a step of foaming and hardening the resin mixture and a hardener by spraying at the same time.
