    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing elements of a vehicle by using the extruding-mold of metal alloy is provided to make the elements of a vehicle simple and light and to improve the vibration and impact absorption property of magnesium alloy. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing elements of a vehicle is as follows. Magnesium is made from zirconium less than 0.4 weight%, titanium less than 0.3 weight%, manganese less than 0.6 weight%, aluminum less than 2.3 weight% and magnesium. Magnesium is melted and electro-magnetically mixed in solid and liquid phase in order to manufacture a raw material of refined structure. The raw material is re-heated and extruded. The extruded raw material is kept in 400°C. The raw material of 400°C is plasticized. The plasticized raw material is bended to be formed.

    • PURPOSE: An exhaust pipe member for a vehicle is provided to improve the noxious gas removal effect by transferring the heat of the exhaust gas of an engine to a converter and to reduce the vibration of an exhaust pipe by enhancing the noise reduction efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An air layer generating pipe(13) is fitted to the outer circumference of an inner pipe(11) of an exhaust pipe member(10) installed in between an engine and a converter of an exhaust member by drawing. An outer pipe(12) is fitted to the outer circumference of the air layer generating pipe by drawing. Then, a tight air layer(20) is formed in between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. The air layer blocks up the radiant heat transmitted to the outer pipe from the inner pipe. Thus, heat loss is minimized and reduces the noise of the exhaust gas passing through the inner pipe.

    • PURPOSE: A bendable duplex tube for an exhaust pipe is provided to minimize wrinkles and cracks generated in a sectional area of inner and outer pipes by bonding one side between the inner and outer pipes in bending the duplex tube at the predetermined angle. CONSTITUTION: In a bendable duplex tube(1) of an exhaust pipe, a sound absorbing material(11) is fitted to the outer diameter of an inner pipe(10) of the duplex tube and an outer pipe(12) is inserted to the outer diameter of the sound absorbing material. The duplex tube installed with the sound absorbing material is disposed between the inner and outer pipes. One side between the inner pipe inserted with the sound absorbing material and the outer pipe is bonded. A bonding process between the inner and outer pipes of the duplex tube uses an adhesive agent.
