    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing an electroconductive polymer composite containing oxyfluorinated grahene is provided to enable uniform dispersion in a monomer, liquid medium or prepolymer as a polymer composite material and to improve electroconductivity by controlling the degree of oxyfluorination. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an electroconductive polymer composite containing oxyfluorinated grahene comprises the step of: introducing a hydrophilic functional group to grapheme surface-modified by oxyfluorination; filling the grahene to which the hydrophilic functional group is introduced, to a polymer composite material composition; and curing the polymer composite material composition in which the grapheme is filled. The polymer composite material composition comprises acrylic resin syrup, based on 100 parts by weight of the acrylic resin syrup, 0.1-10 parts by weight of polyfunctional acrylic type monomer as a cross-linking agent, and 0.1-5 parts by weight of an initiator.

    • A method for preparing polymer powders for laser sintering is provided to produce the laser sinter powders that have a uniform particle size distribution and high bulk density and to improve mechanical properties and uses of molded articles thereof. A method for preparing laser sinter polymer powders includes the steps of: (a) mixing water with alcohol to prepare a mixed solvent; (b) charging the mixed solvent, a dispersant, and polymer resins into a high-pressure reactor, and heating the mixture to 140-160 °C to obtain a solution while stirring the mixture at a fixed speed; and (c) lowering the internal temperature of the reactor to 120-135 °C and stirring the resultant at 100-200 rpm for 0.5-2 hours to form nuclei, lowering the internal temperature of the reactor to 115-120 °C and stirring the resultant at 100-200 rpm for 0.5-2 hours to form grow the nuclei, and lowering the internal temperature of the reactor to 100-115 °C and stirring the resultant at 100-200 rpm for 0.5-2 hours to produce crystals.
