    • Apparatus for decreasing nonpoint source pollutants is provided to effectively filter nonpoint source pollutants by using a light weight water-permeable and/or water-absorbing light weight gas concrete filter, thereby facilitating the discharge and cleaning of precipitates and make rainwater bypass a filter than be filtered. The apparatus for decreasing nonpoint source pollutant comprises a main body housing which has an inlet making rainwater supplied on one side and an outlet on the other side making the rainwater treated and discharged; a precipitation path, a separation bath, and filtering bath forming a plurality of partitions in the main body housing in order to form separate spaces toward the outlet from the inlet; a first overflow path, a second overflow path and a third overflow path which are formed on the partitions and make water flow in and overflow in order; a filter part which is installed in the filtering bath, makes the water flow through the partitions, and primarily filters the same; an oil adsorption unit which is disposed to float on the rainwater in order to separate oil in the rainwater; a filter which has a plurality of bypass walls to make the rainwater to bypass the apparatus in zigzags and secondarily filters the bypassing rainwater; and a bypass channel which is directly connected to the outlet if the water level of the rainwater flowing in is higher than that of the first overflow path.

The bubble generator supplies a fixed amount of bubbles. The stirring tank stirs cement mortar which is mixed with cement, water, and bubbles in the cement mixing bath; and is composed of a discharge port to discharge the stirred cement mortar. The delivery pipe is combined with the discharge port. The pump is connected to the supply pipe to transfer the discharged cement mortar to a desired place.
