摘要： The present invention provides an apparatus for coating side surfaces of a wood panel and a system for coating side surfaces of a wood panel using the same, which can uniformly coat the side surfaces of the wood panel (P) with coatings by comprising a coating piece (360) forwarding in a direction of the wood panel (P) during coating and making identical rotating speed of a driving roller (320) and rotating speed of a transfer belt (100) and can prevent separation of a coated cloth (340) by comprising a balancing board (312) seesawing according to rotation of the driving roller (320). The apparatus for coating side surfaces of a wood panel includes: a supporting plate (310) arranged to be adjacent to the transfer belt (100) of the wood panel (P); the driving roller (320) rotatably mounted to the supporting plate (310); a driven roller (330) rotatably mounted to the supporting plate (310), and arranged to be spaced apart from the driving roller (320); and the coated cloth (340) mounted to the driving roller (320) and the driven roller (330) to be rotated along the trajectory between the driving roller (320) and the driven roller (330) when the driving roller (320) is rotated. The support plate (310) includes: a fixing plate (311) having the driven roller (330) mounted thereon; and the balancing board (312) having the driving roller (320) mounted thereon, and rotatably mounted on the fixing plate in a direction crossing the fixing plate (311). A seesaw mechanism (370) is arranged between the fixing plate (311) and the balancing plate (312) to seesaw the balancing plate (312).

摘要： An apparatus to coat wood panel sides includes: a base plate disposed on one side of a transfer rail transferring wood panels; a drive roller and a driven roller mounted on the base plate to rotate around a vertical rotating shaft; a coating cloth which has longitudinal ends connected to each other to be mounted on the driving and driven rollers in a wrap-around manner, is transferred along a predetermined trajectory when the driving roller rotates, and a side of the cloth near the transfer rail contacts a side surface of the wood panel passing along the transfer rail; a coating agent supply part supplying coating agent towards the coating cloth contacting the wood panel; a squeezer pressing a portion, to which the coating agent is supplied in the cloth contacting the wood panel, toward a side surface of the wood panel and spreading the supplied coating agent to have a thickness of a standard thickness or less; a wood panel detection unit measuring the length of the wood panel supplied along the transfer rail and a distance between the wood panels; a coating cloth detection unit detecting a position of a connection portion in the coating cloth; and a control unit controlling a moving speed of the coating cloth in such a manner which the connection position is located between the two wood panels when the connection portion moves along the side near the transfer rail.
