    • The present invention relates to a joint outer pipe and a slip joint using the same in which a slip inner pipe corresponds to movements in upper, lower, left, and right directions occurring when the slip inner pipe moves in the joint outer pipe, and a transfer fluid-pressurizing space (A) is defined in the joint outer pipe to generate a contact force between the slip inner pipe that is in slip-contact with an inner pipe portion to prevent water from being leaked. The slip joint includes: a joint outer pipe (1) having a vertical end (12) extending from an outer pipe portion (11) in a vertical direction and an inner pipe portion (13) extending inward at predetermined length from the vertical end (12) in a horizontal direction; a slip inner pipe (2) disposed to be capable of slip-moving toward the inner pipe portion (13) of the joint outer pipe (1); an elongated packing member groove (17) defined at a predetermined position of the inner pipe portion (13); a packing member (30) installed into the elongated packing member groove (17); and a transfer fluid-pressurizing space (A) defined between an end (14) of the inner pipe portion (13) and an inner circumferential surface (15) of the outer pipe portion (11). According to the slip joint, the transferred fluid generates a pressurizing force to generate the contact force between the joint outer pipe with the slip inner pipe (2) that is in slip-contact with the inner pipe portion (13) to prevent water from being leaked and to allow the slip inner pipe to correspond to the movements in upper, lower, left, and right directions.

    • The present invention relates to an expansion joint with an automatic locking stopper for buried piping. Therefore, provided is the expansion joint with the automatic locking stopper of buried piping capable of guiding multiple expansion joint to absorb changes in piping length as calculated piping change amount and displaying a moving distance.
