    • PURPOSE: A flow control valve is provided to maintain tight contact between the disk and the key by the natural pressure of fluid, not by artificial tightening. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve comprises a body(10), a bottom support(20), a key shaft(30), a disk(40), a connection socket(50), a shaft fixing flange(60), a forward/reverse motor(70), and a bracket(80). The body comprises an inlet(11), an outlet(12), a partition, a key groove joint hole(14) formed in the center of the partition, and a fluid opening(15) formed on a side of the key groove joint hole. The bottom support is tightly connected to the bottom of the body and has a fluid guide channel(21) connecting the inlet and the outlet of the body. The key shaft comprises a flat key(31) and is coupled to the key groove joint hole of the body. The disk comprises a flow control groove(43) formed in the location corresponding to the fluid opening of the body. The connection socket is fixed to the top of the body so that the upper end of the key shaft coupled in the key groove joint hole is exposed. The upper end of the key shaft is fixed to the bottom of the shaft fixing flange.

    • PURPOSE: A turbine flow meter is provided to prevent a foreign material from going into a bracket since the fluid is guided to flow while forming a smooth curvature. CONSTITUTION: A turbine flow meter comprises a support bracket(10), a support shaft(20), a rotary housing(30), an impeller(40) and a sensor(50). The support bracket is installed in a pipe(101) and an arc type of slope piece(11) is formed on the front of the support bracket. A support piece(13) with a top groove is installed from the inner lower end to the center of the support bracket. One side of the support shaft is inserted into the support bracket. The rotary housing is inserted into the outer surface of the support shaft and rotates. The impeller is inserted into the outer surface of the rotary housing and rotates by the flow speed of the fluid. The sensor senses the rotating number of ferrite(41), which is rotated by the rotation of the impeller.
