    • PURPOSE: Provided is an endless track type ion exchanger separator which is characterized by using ion exchange non-woven fabric to recover high precious metals(U, Li, B, V etc.) from brine and high concentrated seawater. Accordingly, the ion exchanger separator enables adsorption, desorption, washing and concentration at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The endless track type ion exchange separator is produced by installing an ion exchange non-woven fabric in a shape of conveyor belt, not a column. The belt type ion exchange non-woven fabric is prepared by needle punching a non-woven fabric and connecting the ends of non-woven fabric with 2-20mm thickness and 200-600mm width. The non-woven fabric uses ion exchange fibers with one or more of functional groups based on amidoxime adsorbing uranium selectively, sulfonic acid, carboxyl and phosphoric acid or copolymers such as polypropylene sulfonate-styrene, polypropylene amidoxime-acrylo nitrile, poly propylene-acrylic acid, etc. The resultant endless track type ion exchanger separator enables adsorption, desorption and washing consecutively, and doesn't discharge acid washer after desorption unlike conventional column type separator.

The sharper/dropper(106) consists of a sharper function to delay some or all packets in order to set streams to a traffic file and a dropper function to execute policing. The classifier(110) is composed of a QoS(Quality of Service) mapping and DSCP(DS Code Point) classification function(112), a QoS query function(114), a query interface(116), a PDP(Protocol Data Type) context DB(118), and a QoS cache(119). The classifier(110) extracts QoS information from the PDP context DB(118), maps the extracted information to DSCPs, and classifies the mapped DSCPs.

Gas from the top of column is condensed to remove water in phase separator(7), reactants are recycled to the reaction column. Stirrer(13) is positioned at lower part of the column, in order to completely react the unreacted sulfuric acid. Effluent from the lower part of the column is transferred to unit(14) which functions as both phase separator and reboiler, so as to separate aromatic sulfonic acid and aromatic compound. The heater(15) is positioned at layer of separated aromatic compound, to gasify the aromatic compound and inflow the aromatic compound into lower part of the column.
