    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an available minor saponin by converting a PPD-type or PPT-type saponin using a novel ginsenoside glycosidase protein, a transformant in which a vector including a nucleic acid encoding the protein is introduced, a cultured product of the transformant and, more particularly, using a novel ginsenoside glycosidase protein derived from Flavobacterium johnsoniae; a composition, containing the protein, the transformant, or the cultured product of the transformant as active ingredients, for being converted into an available saponin in a form of easily absorbing a PPD-type or PPT-type saponin; a novel ginsenoside glycosidase protein; a nucleic acid encoding the protein; a vector including the nucleic acid; and a transformant in which the vector is introduced.
