摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a fitting insole customized to conform with the user's foot shape, which is formed in a short time at a low cost with ease and has a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: The customizing fitting insole conformed with the user's foot shape and character comprises: a foam layer of a conventional open cell type; a textile layer for preventing the slippage and providing the moisturizing effect; a hot melt layer formed in accordance with the user's foot shape to support the polyurethane foam layer; and a non-woven fabric layer for increasing the adhesion between the hot melt layer and the foam layer. Particularly, the customizing process comprises heating the insole at 70-90 deg.C for about 2 minutes, locating the heated insole in a footwear to be formed and wearing the footwear for about 4 minutes.

摘要： PURPOSE: A wireless speed/distance measurement device of an inline skate using a Hall sensor and a method thereof are provided, which display various data like a traveling distance and a traveling speed, and are fabricated with low cost, and perform a reliable measurement under high speed traveling. CONSTITUTION: A signal transmission part(10) has a magnetic material which is attached to one side of a wheel(101) of an inline skate and rotates together with the rotation of an outer wheel of bearings, and is installed to an axle of the bearings to be close to the magnetic material, and detects an electrical signal of a Hall sensor by the magnetic material during the rotation of the wheel and then transmits it wirelessly. A display part(20) calculates traveling information of the inline skate based on the signal value received from the signal transmission part.

摘要： 본 발명은 개인의 발형에 맞는 신발의 기능성 인솔 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 그 목적은 개인의 발 모양은 좌/우 발이 서로 크기와 모양이 틀리며 남/녀 및 동서양에 따라서 발의 형태와 모양은 제각각 틀리므로 사용자가 쉽게 각 개인의 발 형상에 맞게 인솔을 customizing 가능하도록 구현하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면 customizing fitting 인솔은 기존 open cell type의 pu foam층;과, 발의 미끄럼 방지 및 보습효과를 위한 직조층;과, 각 개인의 발 형상에 맞게 성형이 가능하며, pu foam을 지지하는 핫멜트층;과, 핫멜트와 pu foam의 접착력 강화를 위한 부직포층;으로 구성되어진다. 또한 상기 인솔을 customizing 하기위한 프로세스로 상기 인솔을 오븐기에 70~90도에서 2분정도 가열 후 성형하고자 하는 신발에 넣고 신은 후 4분 정도 경과하면 개개인의 발에 맞는 인솔이 성형이 가능하도록 되어 있다.
