摘要： An edge burner for a singeing machine is provided to improve the dyeing efficiency and the working convenience after a singeing process, by forming an edge burner for singeing an edge of a folding region of the fabric during the singeing process. A support frame(20) includes several rollers for transferring a fabric, and a front part of a burner for removing fine hairs of the fabric by flaming the fabric. A guide pole(21) is formed on a boy of the support frame in a horizontal direction. Fixing frames(30) are installed at both sides of the guide pole. The fixing frames enable horizontal movement based on the center portion thereof. The fixing frames are driven in vertical direction by a motor(31). A spreader(40) is positioned at insides of the fixing frames in the vertical direction. The spreader spreads the fabric during a singeing process. An edge burner(50) is extended from the fixing frames adjacently to an outside of an end portion of the spreader such that the edge burner is positioned at one side of a folding region of the spread fabric. The edge burner singes an edge of the folding region of the fabric.

CONSTITUTION: An open compactor comprises a humidifier for steaming the fabric; a shrink-proofing unit for shrink-proofing the fabric from the humidifier; and a folder for folding the fabric while depositing it onto a belt conveyor. Support plates(50) are installed at the bottom of the belt conveyor(41) to control the height of the belt conveyor depending upon the height of the deposited fabrics. A link unit(60) is internally fitted to the support plates with a rotation shaft(61), a support shaft(62) and a hinge shaft(63) such that it is varied in its height around the shafts. Hydraulic cylinders(70) are installed at the rotation and the support shafts of the link unit to control the height thereof. A sensor and a controller are provided at the folder support body to sense the height of the fabrics deposited on the belt conveyor and to control the up and down movements of the link unit.
