摘要： An (electro) chemical treatment appts. has a treatment tank and two or more rinse tanks, the tanks being interconnected by a liq. communication path and the final tank having a rinsing liq. supply and an overflow for maintaining a given level of liq. 摘要： The electroplating appts. includes an anode basket contg. plating metal and having a porous tubular wall. Rotatable agitating vanes are disposed in a plating cavity about the basket. A Cu rod is attached to the anode basket for appln. of electrical potential to the metal and for rotating the basket.
