A non-slip structure for stairs of an apartment house easily cleaned and replaced comprises a fixer formed with plural partition walls protruded upward at regular intervals and screw units on both ends to be laterally installed at an edge where the inside of a horizontal unit meets with a lower end of a vertical unit of the stair; plural rotation shafts(20) formed like a cylinder with a combining unit(21) protruded at the middle of the front side to have a separation preventing piece(22) on the upper surface and a combining protrusion(24) projected at both left and right sides of the combining unit to be combined between the partition walls of the fixer; a non-slip plate(30) formed correspondingly to the shape of the stairs; a non-slip pad(40) made of a rubber material and formed with a serration hanging unit(41) to be installed on the upper surface of the non-slip plate so as to prevent slipping, a hook protruded on one end to be fitted into a combining hole formed on a sill of the upper side of the non-slip plate, and a bolt combined at the lateral side of the non-slip plate; and a connecting piece(50) formed with plural long holes(51) longitudinally to connect the rotation shafts to fit screw units of the fixer to be fixed by a nut(52). The non-slip plate has a combining groove recessed to fit the combining unit of the rotation shaft; a through-hole(32) formed at the upper side of the combining groove to emerge the separation preventing piece of the combining unit; a combining recessed groove formed at both sides of the combining groove to fit the combining protrusion of the rotation shaft; a combining hole formed on the sill formed at one side of the upper surface; and a slip preventing pad(36) formed like saw teeth on the lower surface to prevent dwellers' slipping.

    • A tunnel-type power device ground apparatus for an apartment house is provided to reduce ground resistance and smoothly perform discharge to the ground by grounding a cable through a wide area of a concrete block. Step-type projections are engaged into left and right end portions of a concrete block(30). Punching plates(40) are installed on a convex attachment surface of the concrete block. A reinforcement wire(42) is welded to cross centers of punched holes(44), formed on the punching plates, in horizontal and vertical directions. A conic ground pin(46) is installed between the punched holes. A cut part is formed in the step-type projection formed at one side of the concrete block so that one-side portions of the punching plates are exposed through the cut part. The other side portions of the punching plates are cut and extended along an inner surface of the step-type projection formed at the other side of the concrete block so that end portions of neighbored punching plates are overlapped, wherein the cut part is interposed between the end portions of the neighbored punching plates. A conductive bar is inserted into the cut part so that the neighbored punching plates are connected through the conductive bar.

    • A concrete ground apparatus for an apartment house is provided to improve fatigue strength of a ground line connection part by integrally forming the ground line connection part and a phosphor bronze wave spring. A lattice groove(32) is formed on an upper surface of a concrete block(30). A supporter(40) is inserted into a cross road of the lattice groove on the concrete block and seated on a bottom surface of the lattice groove. A support bar(44) having a cut groove is vertically formed at a central upper surface of the supporter. Insertion grooves are formed at a constant interval in upper and lower end portions of vertical and horizontal phosphor bronze wave springs(50,60) which are closely adhered to an inner wall of the lattice groove by elasticity. The insertion grooves are inserted into each other so that the phosphor bronze wave springs are coupled to each other in a lattice shape. A cross portion(70) of the coupled phosphor bronze wave springs is inserted into the cut groove formed in the support bar. An upper end of the support bar is inserted into a hole(82) formed in a central portion of a cap(80) inserted into the cross road. A ground line connection part(54) is led out of the concrete block.

    • PURPOSE: A method for waterproofing a concrete structure is provided to offer an economical and perfect waterproof effect by originally preventing the separation of concrete from FRP(fiber reinforced plastic) and by employing an FRP waterproofing method. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a waterproofing part is composed of a lower FRP coated layer(4) coated to be contacting to concrete(1), a glass wool coated layer(5) on the upper portion of the FRP coated layer and another FRP coated layer(6) coated onto the surface of the glass wool coated layer. The surface of the FRP coated layer of the outermost surface is finished by painting or gel coating(7) corresponding to the characteristic of the structure. Upper and lower FRP coated layers and the glass wool coated layer are formed of FRP complex material having excellent settling force. Thus, the layers are combined integrally with each other at the same moment of construction. The concrete formed of a material different from that of the waterproofing part is settled by a wire netting(2) and an anchor bolt(3).
