摘要： The present invention relates to a vibrating device for a nail removal device. A pair of separators on which a guide groove for separation is formed face each other in a housing so that a protruding head part of a nail is hung on the guide groove for separation and is pulled to the outside while a lumber, which the nails are driven into while protruding, is transferred. A cam is installed on one end of at least one separator of the pair of the separator. A cam shaft having the cam is operated by the operation of a driving motor so that the separator can be shaken. Therefore, the separator is vibrated with the cam while the lumber is transferred so that the present invention can effectively separate and remove the nail driven into the outside of the lumber.

摘要： The present invention relates to a gap control device of a spike remover, which transfers timber with spikes nailed in the state of being protruded, and has a pair of separation parts installed to face each other within a housing, wherein the separation part has a separation guide groove so that the protruded head part of the spike are hooked and pulled out to outside during the transfer of the timber. A working plate is installed in rear of any one separation part between the pair of separation parts, and supports the separation part against the housing. The working plate is supported against the housing by a guide axis and a screw axis so that the separation part maintains the gap to the other separation part by rotation of the screw axis due to operation of a gap control motor. The gap control device provides an effect capable of freely and conveniently controlling the gap of the separation parts and a transfer unit according to the size of the supplied timber.

摘要： An automation apparatus is provided to reduce costs by automating processes for manufacturing a pre-sensitized plate for printing including processes for forming a bent portion and grooves at the pre-sensitized plate. An automation apparatus for bending and punching a pre-sensitized plate for printing includes a main body(100), a bending unit(120), and a punching unit(130), a conveying unit, a sensing unit, a control unit(104), a supply unit, and a discharge unit. The main body, on which a pre-sensitized plate is mounted, has a mounting surface on which a mounting plate is arranged to be movable in a horizontal direction by a servo motor. The bending unit and the punching unit form a bent portion and grooves on the pre-sensitized plate mounted on the mounting surface of the main body. The conveying unit conveys the pre-sensitized plate supplied from an external source to the center of the mounting surface of the main body, and returns the punched and bent pre-sensitized plate to the external source from the mounting surface of the main body. The sensing unit senses supply of pre-sensitized plates from the external source. The control unit controls operation of the conveying unit. The supply unit supplies the pre-sensitized plate to the main body. The discharge unit conveys the pre-sensitized plate returned by the conveying unit to a predetermined position. The control unit operates the conveying unit and conveys the pre-sensitized plate to the center of the mounting surface when supply of the pre-sensitized plate is sensed by the sensing unit.
