    • PURPOSE: A passive direct box audio device combined with an input port is provided to reduce the volume and weight of the direct box audio device by combining a voltage transformer composed of a toroidal core with a 55mm input port. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) consists of a 55mm terminal(11) for receiving an unbalance input and an accommodation part(14) for accommodating a voltage transformer. The terminal and the accommodation part are combined with each other securely. A voltage transformer unit includes a voltage transformer(21) composed of a toroidal core and electric wires(22,23). The primary side of the voltage transformer receives unbalance signals and is electrically connected with the 55mm terminal of the main body. The secondary side of the voltage transformer outputs a balance signal and is electrically connected with an XLR terminal of a cover.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is fibrinolytic enzyme, brevinase, which is separated from poison of Agkistordon blomhoffi brevicaudus, shows stability at high temperature and is thus useful in developing thrombolytic agent thanks to its stability in high temperatures. CONSTITUTION: cDNA of fibrinolytic enzyme, brevinase, is obtained by the next steps of: i) dissolving frozen poison of Agkistordon blomhoffi brevicaudus in buffer solution containing potassium phosphate of pH 7.2 and eliminating insoluble materials through centrifugation; ii) purifying active segments obtained from supernatant; iii) separating two chains, 16.5kDa and 17kDa, through SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis; iv) sequencing amino acid of brevinase's N-terminal; v) multiplying the two chains for cloning; and vi) implementing serial hybridization-polymerase chain reaction (SH-PCR) to multiply cDNAs of brevinase. The cDNA is composed of 744bp and 699bp of them includes coding segments, stop codon, and poly(A) segment.

An experimental wind generator(200) is installed on the main body. The main body monitors the experimental wind generator from the outside. The main body has a chamber shape. The inlet supplies wind which is artificially processed to one side direction of the main body. The outlet is arranged in order to pass the wind to an opposite side direction of the inlet. A fan installation part supplies the artificial wind to an inlet side.
