    • PURPOSE: A mandarin fermented liquid obtained by inoculating microorganism into mandarins, extracts thereof or concentrates thereof and then fermenting is provided which can be effectively used as an additive for feed and promotes mandarin consumption. CONSTITUTION: A mandarin is ground, added with sugar and extracted, followed by controlling the pH of the extract to 6.0 to 7.0 to give a mandarin liquid. A microorganism liquid of lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria and yeast is inoculated in an amount of 5 to 15%(v/v) into the mandarin liquid and fermented at 15 to 40deg.C for 1 to 7 weeks and solids are removed therefrom when the fermented liquid attains a pH of 3.5 to 4.0. The lactic acid is Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Streptococcus lactis or its mixed liquid, the bacteria is Rhodopseudomonas palustris, Rhodobacter sphaeroides, Rhodobacter capsulata or its mixture and the yeast is Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is fermentation liquid used as garden fertilizer and feed additive for poultry and fish by inoculating solid wastes generated from fish farms with photo-synthetic microbes. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of fermentation liquid comprises the steps of: grinding feed wastes and precipitates generated from fish farms; adding water in a volume ratio of grounds to water of 1:9 -3:7; inoculating 5-10vol.% of prepared waste-ground solution with photo-synthetic microbes(10¬9cells/ml) such as rhodopseudomonas palustris, rhodobacter sphaeroides, rhodospirillum rubrum and rhodobacter capsulata; fermenting at 28-32deg.C for 5-10days under light intensity of 4000-5000lux(or 1000lux when the rate of grounds is high) without oxygen supply and pH control; and filtering to remove undecomposed materials like scales. The other preparation method of fermentation liquid comprises the steps of: adding nutrients like molasses and unrefined sugar to the ground solution in a ratio of 2-4%(w/v); inoculating the waste-ground solution with mixed microbes containing photo-synthetic(10¬9cells/ml) microbes, lactic(10¬9cells/ml) ferments, and yeast(10¬4cells/ml) in a ratio of 6:3:1; fermenting at 37-39deg.C for 5-10days without oxygen supply and pH control until the liquid reaches at pH3.5-4.0; and filtering. The lactic ferments are lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus casei or streptococcus lactis, and the yeast is saccharomyces cerevisiae.
