    • The present invention relates to an LED plant factory. According to the present invention, a solar power generating part, which is not a fixated building structure but a structure capable of moving forward and backward, is built on a non-construction site formed by obeying regulations of the floor area ratio and the coverage ratio for the building around a site in which the LED plant factory is built. Therefore, not only the LED plant factory can provide electric power but also the non-construction site can be efficiently used as an installation space for the solar power generating part capable of being moved forward and backward.

    • PURPOSE: A method for improving conductivity of a conductive coating compound is provided to remarkably improve the dispersity and conductivity of conductive paint resin. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving conductivity of a conductive coating compound comprises a step of obtaining a mixture by mixing a reactive diluent to a base material which consists of an epoxy resin and liquid rubber; a step of treating and dispersing conductive filler; and a step of mixing the conductive filler into the mixture. The treatment is an ultrasonic treatment with 20 kHz or more ultrasonic waves. The dispersion is conducted by using beads with a zirconium hardness of 1100 or more by the minimum rotation rate of 1700 rpm.
