The polarizer converts a linearly polarized wave into a circularly polarized wave in transmitting and converts the circularly polarized wave into the linearly polarized wave in receiving by being connected to the circular waveguide on a rear surface of the main reflection plate.

The downlink BPS(205) passes only downlink signals of a desired converted frequency band among the converted signals.
