摘要： A light emitting safety cap for a fence is provided to let pedestrians or drivers recognize a fence easily and exactly by absorbing solar heat and storing thermal energy in the daytime and emitting light in the nighttime. A light emitting safety cap(50) for a fence comprises a covering element(51) put on the top of a vertical bar(20) and a decorative element(52) made of light permeable materials and integrated or coupled to the top of the covering element, wherein a solar cell(70) is placed in the decorative element to absorb solar heat and to accumulate electricity, and a fluorescent lamp(71) is connected to a through-hole formed on the side of the decorative element from the solar cell by an electric wire to emit light when there is no light around. In addition, a protective cap is put on the outer circumferential surface of the fluorescent lamp to prevent the breaking of the fluorescent lamp.
