摘要： PURPOSE: A noble metal-plated electrode for high-temperature energy equipments and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing process and cost by plating the conductive portion with gold or platinum, and to manage the equipment efficiently by preventing corrosion and breakage and stably using the electrode for a long time. CONSTITUTION: An electrode is composed of a feedthrough(10) having a first conductive unit(12) exposed at both ends, a first insulation unit(16) insulating the center of the first conductive unit, a second conductive unit(14) formed in the end of the first insulation unit, and a weld lip(18) formed in the end of the first insulation unit; a protection part(20) combined with the weld lip to protect the electrode; and a metal wire(30) connected to the upper part of the first conductive unit, and arranged in the protection part. The lower part of the first conductive part and the second conductive part are plated with noble metal.
