The noise filter is provided with a plurality of common modes and a differential leakage inductance to remove the noises generated at the RF1/EMI flowing from the input alternative current and at the inside and the outside of the circuit. The electronic circuit prevents the transient over voltage flowing from the external circuit by using the lightening prevention varistor device. And, the electronic circuit is characterized in that the noise filter is connected to the power ground.

    • PURPOSE: A power saving electronic stabilizer circuit is provided to remove and filter harmonic elements by using a power filter, output a DC static voltage by performing a switching operation, and turn on or off a lamp by using a high efficient RF voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first filter(10) is used for removing noise of input power such as EMI or RFI. An electric wave rectifier(20) is used for rectifying an output of the first filter(10). A variable voltage portion(38) controls an output of the first PWM signal of the control and gate logic portion(33). A second switching portion(50) turns on or off a lamp by filtering harmonic elements. A voltage and current sensor(60) is used for sensing over-current and over-voltage. An abnormal cutoff portion(36) cuts off a stabilizer according to a state of over-current or over-voltage. A brightness sensor(63) is used for controlling the brightness of the lamp. A mobile sensor(61), an amplification and decision portion(62), and a timer and relay driving portion(64) save unnecessary power. A second filter(70) is used for filtering harmonic elements. A current distributor(80) is used for sensing operating current of the stabilizer.

    • PURPOSE: A sectional flooring paper sheet is provided to achieve a simplification in construction thereof, and to improve wear-resistance ability thereof through the use of a very thick paper material. CONSTITUTION: The sectional flooring paper sheet comprises a lower layer(10) disposed on the floor surface of a room, an upper layer(30) disposed on the lower layer, and an adhesive layer interposed between the upper and lower layers.
