CONSTITUTION: The vibrating selector for the clove of the garlic comprises the parts of: a feeding part(1) which feeds a large quantity of the garlic; inclined guide parts(2,3) which are formed at lower part of the feeding part in multiple steps to guide the clove of the garlic fallen from an upper part; selection holes which are formed at both inclined guide parts to pass the clove of the garlic as size; release parts(5,6,7) which release the selected clove of the garlic outside respectively; and a vibration generator(4) which generates vibrational power for the entire system.

    • An onion peeler designed to continuously and quickly peel skin of onion by spraying water to the onion while transferring the onion whose root part and stem part are cut is provided. It improves working efficiency and prevents the discomfort of the worker from the pungent odor of the onion. The onion peeler consists of: a frame(100) containing a plurality of longitudinal bars(120) disposed apart from each other and a transversal bar(110) for connecting the longitudinal bars; an onion transfer part(200) having a transfer surface to transfer onion to another end from one end on the frame; and a spray nozzle(300) disposed at the upper part of the onion transfer part to spray compressed air to the transferred onion. The onion transfer part contains: a pair of guide plates(210) installed in an upright position at the upper part of the frame; an onion transfer screw(220) disposed between guide plates and connected to one end and another end of the frame to be coaxially turned; and an onion input path(230) having a guide path for guiding the onion on the transfer surface of the onion transfer screw.

    • PURPOSE: A garlic clove separator comprising a urethane conical drum with a screw and an inclined cylinder is provided to make the separation of garlic cloves automatic, thereby maximizing working efficiency and minimizing the damage to the garlic cloves. CONSTITUTION: A garlic clove separator(100) includes a top feeder(10) with a hopper(11) for feeding a whole bulb of garlic. A garlic clove separating unit(20) is placed under the feeder(10) with a conical drum having an inclined screw and an inclined cylindrical tube to separate the garlic clove from the garlic bulb. The screw of the conical drum is attached with an urethane buffer. A sorting unit(30) is placed under the garlic clove separating unit(20) with an air blower to sort the garlic clove, the garlic core, the garlic root and the garlic skin. A first discharge hole(32) is formed at a side of the sorting unit(30) to discharge the garlic clove, and a second discharge hole(33) is formed at another side of the sorting unit(30) to discharge the garlic core, the garlic root and the garlic coat. A power transmission unit(40) is provided at a predetermined location of the garlic clove separator(100) to drive the conical drum and the air blower.
